We are delighted to announce that our colleague, Nelson Rodrigues, has been nominated for two awards by Anglia Ruskin University, Peterborough - Degree Apprentice of the Year and Technology and Digital Apprentice of the Year for 2023.
A Data Analytics Engineer at Intellync (part of AB Agri), Nelson joined the AB Agri Apprenticeships Programme in 2022 – enrolling in the Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions Professional Degree apprenticeship at Anglia Ruskin.
Keen to develop his knowledge and skills via the Apprenticeship Programme, Nelson reached out to discuss the possibilities and opportunities that align with his professional goals. He began the four-year course in September 2022, following his acceptance.
As his course neared the end of its first year, Nelson received the amazing news he was nominated for not one, but two awards by the university.
We would like to extend our huge congratulations to Nelson on his fantastic achievement and wish him all the best for the Peterborough Apprenticeship Awards ceremony, being held 16 September 2023. The nominations are accomplishments in itself, and is testament to his hard work, effort and commitment.

That’s why in 2017, we launched our Apprenticeship Programme which has been successful in engaging our people and encouraging continuous development as people advance in their career. In 2023 alone, 39 apprenticeships are ongoing, with 14 more due to start.
